Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We typically process orders within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive confirmation of your order and a tracking number once your order has been processed for shipment. At any time the system miscalculates shipping, we will make the appropriate adjustments to the shipping rate. We do our best to calculate actual shipping. Any time shipping fees exceed actual shipping and handling costs by more than $1.00, a refund of the excess will be returned to your original form of payment.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
